Customer Service

Our Customer Service team supports our players across the entire player experience, driving long-term relationships between our valued customers and our brands. The team is diverse and includes agents of different nationalities, covering multiple languages. Previous members of the Customer Service team can be found working in almost every area of the business today, from Marketing, CRM and Product to Security, Payments and IT. The Customer Service team is a great foundation on which to build a career at BVGroup.


The Payments team is responsible for processing customer payment transactions across the business to ensure our customers receive the best experience. Our team members all have an eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, which allows them to identify patterns and trends to uncover any potential problems, blockers within the customer journey or operational inefficiencies within our global payment system. This helps us to optimise the processes for deposits and withdrawals. We also build close relationships with the Customer Service, Security and Fraud teams to identify and resolve day to day customer queries.


The Fraud team is dedicated to preventing fraud losses to the business. The team is crucial to the success of the company, ensuring we only have genuine customers using our site. We specialise in reviewing account registrations, assessing referred deposit and/or withdrawal transactions for possible fraud or money laundering, and document verification. Team members search for anomalies/unusual patterns and act on the accounts in order to protect the group, its customers and the public by preventing their details being used fraudulently on site.


The Facilities team manages and maintains our offices, ensuring they provide a safe, functional, comfortable and productive space for all our employees. We manage health and safety, first aid, fire plans, cleaning, vehicles, maintenance, moves and space planning, along with a portfolio of apartments. Providing specialist facilities know-how and support for all our offices, we also manage major changes, such as relocations. Our Front of House team is the welcoming face of the business, delivering a top-class service to visitors, organising business events, and managing travel for the whole organisation.
