Our Brand Activation and Sponsorship teams have worked with some of the biggest names in sport. We were proud partners of Rachael Blackmore, the first female jockey to win the Grand National. We’ve continued our close ties to horse racing, sponsoring the Clarence House Chase, the Queen Mother Champion Chase and the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
Football has always been our main sport for sponsorship deals. A familiar face to millions, Harry Redknapp regularly appears in the brand’s TV adverts. Ballon d’Or winner and former Liverpool, Real Madrid, Man Utd and England international Michael Owen has also worked with us.
Our first football sponsorship was with Nottingham Forest. With BetVictor, we were the proud training kit partner for Liverpool, in addition to having deals with Chelsea and Fulham. Outside of football, our World Snooker Tour sponsorship, which includes the Home Nations Series and European Series, continues to this day.
The Sponsorship teams work tirelessly to ensure we get the best value and the most out of the activations of all our sponsorships and ambassadors.
Our User Acquisition teams use multiple strategies to find new customers, from SEO and PPC advertising and affiliate marketing ensuring a data driven return on investment. The teams create effective messages that truly resonate and deliver these to the right players at the right time, across all channels.
The teams work with affiliates to improve their performance by offering an outside-the-box thinking mentality and providing maximum flexibility. We work with our key partners to find out exactly what they need in order to create bespoke offers for them to drive their business forward, whether that is through betting offers on particular markets or specialist casino game promotions.
CRM and Retention
Working across sports, casino and bingo and collaborating with all areas of the business, the Retention teams are far more than traditional CRM teams. These teams are responsible for the retention budget, creating and building promotions, ensuring customer journeys are best in class, identifying player values, and ensuring customers receive offers and communications personalised to their preferences via our in-house Real-time Automated Messaging Platform (RAMP). Our ultimate goal is to drive player loyalty by providing a fun, unique and most importantly safe betting experience for our players.
Social Media and Engagement
The Social Media and Engagement teams create great on and off-site content, which is topical, relevant and resonates with our players. These vibrant teams are where people can take the next step on their journey in Marketing and grow their skills across a wide range of areas.
Looking after both BetVictor sportsbook and all social media accounts, we work closely with Brand, Sponsorship, Creative, Trading and Compliance – there’s no area of the business we don’t touch. Creative and Copy
Operating as the company’s in-house agency, our Creative and Copy teams create outstanding designs and engaging copy for all areas of the business. The teams work across marketing and branded content, including emails, online banners, customer service communications, brand books, style guides, video shoots and scripts, and OOH campaigns. These teams ensure each brand in BVGroup’s catalogue is presented powerfully through effective words, concepts and imagery.
